Happy Monday to you all! Is it a holiday with you? It is over here in the Uk - and in N. Ireland (the part of the UK where I currently reside) we not only have Monday as a holiday but Tuesday as well. But Friday isn't a holiday for some reason....haven't figured out quite what 'Easter Tuesday' is all about, but now it's Monday evening, I'm grateful to get to spend tomorrow with my partner - a real treat.
We're still on the 'April showers bring May flowers' theme for this month (and the next), and I did what I usually do when no one has shared any links (sob! sniff!) for beady finds, I hop over to etsy and start searching for handmade beads, creating various different searches to find new and fun beads to share with you. I decided today to actually search for 'handmade shower beads' to see what came up. I must admit to be absolutely tickled pink to find these gorgeously cute rubber ducky lampwork beads from Petronova Lampwork:
How would you use these? They're pretty perfect for Spring too!
Here's a wee buddy for the rubber ducky, from Glass Bead:
He looks like he'd happily swim alongside his yellow chum.
And lastly for today, I just couldn't resist these vibrant turquoise ocean-themed beads from Maya Honey. Don't these just make you want to dive in head first?
All lampwork today, and I have noticed that this theme seems to throw up a lot of lampwork. I think it's the watery qualities that glass captures so well!
See you next week for more showery, watery, seaside-y themed beads.
And now for the BeadBlogger Links. Have a great week!

Plenty of spring showers around where I live- though we were spared this Easter weekend, which was nice! Here's a set of beads that make me think April showers because of the colour scheme (and the artist is a favourite of more than a few jewellery designers! - https://www.etsy.com/listing/186781292/moogin-beads-set-of-7-large-spring?ref=shop_home_active_1
The other one I though of is one of my favourite West Coast artists...not so much rain showers, but West Coast beachy - (and West Coast beaches see a lot of rain =) ) - https://www.etsy.com/listing/43323349/stephaniebeads-lampwork-sea-star-set?ref=shop_home_active_9

The ducks are darling. They would make some cute earrings. I have bought those Maya honey beads a number of times. They are gorgeous.
