So, we come to the end of February and the end of our exploration of jewellery packaging of all varieties. I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I have! Your comments have made for some real food for thought.
A couple of tips you left in the comments last week (again, really worth reading if you have ten minutes) - Ann gave a link to a really neat tutorial on how to much upcycle pillow boxes from toilet rolls (honestly!), and Saturday Sequins suggested using old playing cards to make earring cards. And Mary shared her alternative to bubble wrap - Uline's Wadding. It is recycled and recyclable, soft and protects her ceramic components very well.
Here's a final packaging treasury from me:

As Marie quite rightly pointed out last week, not all of the products and supplies in these treasuries would be economically practical for businesses. But perhaps they will spark off ideas for how you can make your own packaging really personal, and ecologically as well and purse-friendly!
Next Show Me Sunday with be March, so it's time for a new theme. Show us flower beads - all shapes and sizes, colours and materials. We're coming into spring here in the northern hemisphere - and boy, am I ready for it. Here's hoping for some British sunshine over here.....Let's get ready for some spring-themed designs with some beautiful handmade flower beads. Share your links here in the comments or on the Art Bead Scene Facebook page.
And now for the Bead Blogger Links:

Exploring different ideas and products for packaging has been
so useful .
next month ... "show us flower beads"
I'm ready for that one ...LOL!!!
m.e. :D
Your packaging topic has been really interesting this month Rebecca - so many original ideas - and so useful for those of us that make gifts for friends and relatives - thank you so much to you and all those who shared their original recycling packaging projects
Pillow boxes and tins do look good, but in my country you can really ship out (internationally) economically if the parcel is over a inch thick or has a metal box, so most of times we have to leave out fancy packaging and just use tapes or stickers to perk it up
Thanks for the great packaging ideas! I love to find new (& pretty!) materials to use for my items!
Flowers have been on my mind, too! Here are some I've been making:

They are all very pretty!!! I love how you present all those cute and amazing packaging! The gift will be much prettier when put inside.
