This post is coming so late, it's almost Bead Table Thursday! Oops. Better late than never. Today on my bead table I share how to make your own earwires using sterling silver wire.
I used 20 gauge half-hard sterling silver wire cut to 4" long for the earwires.

Not sure how your camera is mounted, but I am seeing more hand than the detail of what you are doing.....
