Pendant Question

With a few changes this month, some have asked why we aren't accepting pendants as submissions. Elaine Ray has summed up our philosophy of the monthly challenge and answered the question for our readers:

"We are sponsoring the challenge as a showcase for finished pieces as way to promote the use of handmade artbeads and pendants. The challenge to is give back to the community of designers using those beads and pendants*. As our audience is growing we realized that we needed to narrow the focus to finished pieces, sticking to our original intent of inspiring those who use art beads."
