Here is what ABS editor Heather Powers had to say about Kristi's piece, "I love the energy of this necklace. The ribbon provides such live to the design, it really reminds me of the brushstrokes of the painting. I also like the handmade clasp using the ribbon and wire. The pendant makes a bold statement and balances out the colorful and textural ribbon, wire and beads."

Oh boy oh boy!! I love my Gypsy Princess necklace I'm so happy it is being featured!!! I never thought I'd be using Sari fabric in my designs, these challenges are so great for really pushing us all to try new things. Thank you Heather for your kind words and everybody else for your wonderful comments!! You made my day!!
Oooohhh....the ribbon looks so perfect twisted up in the wire & beads! Love it! :)

Yea, Kristi! I love it! You captured the intensity of the colors in the painting beautifully! Beautiful!
congrats to Christi! very nice color match!
The ribbons are great Kristi! Allowing/encouraging them to fray provides such wonderful texture.
And I love how you used the color scheme, but shifted the dominance from yellow to blue
This necklace is just bursting with energy! Congratulations!
