Headpins: Vintage Mix

I'm a little obsessed this week with vintage inspired jewelry and headpins.  So here is some eye candy featuring my latest crush - mixing vintage headpins with contemporary artist made ones.  Tomorrow I'll be sharing some tips on using them in your designs.  Until then have fun visiting these shops:

Purple: LaurelMoon and IcedMoments
Orange: EpochBeads and KimNelson

Oh I love them all! I'm kind of afraid to use them though because you can't mess up!

I like them! I would be scared a little to, because you can not mess that head pin up! They are really neat.

Those are all gorgeous. And although I'm not usually a fan of blue, those blue ones are wonderful.

These are all so pretty! I went through a phase with vintage headpins not long ago, but had to stop using them as they were just too unreliable for me. The wires can be old and crusty on them. But, they are beautiful!

Talk about perfect timing. I fell in love with the decorative headpins just a couple weeks ago and right now I am obsessed with them. :)
